Payment Methods & Order Cancellation

PayPal

PayPal is a very simple, fast, and secure way to transfer money. You do not need to provide your credit card number directly to us. After registering an account with PayPal, you can pay from your PayPal balance, credit card, debit card, or your bank account (by transferring money to PayPal first).

When you choose this method, we will redirect you to complete the payment through PayPal's website. We do not require any of your financial information on our website, and it is not our policy to collect any of your financial information for security purposes.

Credit Card

We also accept payment from your credit card via PayPal or Stripe.

Please Note:

  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT any Cheque, Cash, or C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery).
  • Incomplete payment transactions (i.e., no confirmation email about your payment from PayPal or Stripe) will be automatically canceled.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, the buyer must contact us immediately, within 48 hours. We will check to see if your order has been made (for custom products) or dispatched.

Cancellation cannot be made if your order has been dispatched or if your custom product is being made.

For refunds, please note that the Payment Gateway processing fee of 5% of the total amount is non-refundable.
